a. Professional Fund Management
Secura provides investment management services to real estate venture capital funds. This includes mentoring our SPV projects.
b. Project Management
Project management is one of the core competencies of our team, most of whom have a direct exposure to this area. Under project management, we manage everything from the conceptual stage to commissioning. Currently we are handling the project management Eon – a commercial space of 16,000 sq ft area at Thondayadu By-pass near Pottammal, Calicut.
c. Leasing of Commercial and Office Spaces
Secura does leasing for its JV projects or SPV projects. At the moment we are leasing out Paramount tower – an office space with 30,000 sqr ft, near II gate, Calicut and Eon- a commercial space of 16,000 sq ft area at Thondayadu By-pass near Pottammal Calicut.
d. Management Consulting Services
Secura provides management consulting services in the areas of project feasibility, market research, and financial analysis.
