Eon Infrastructures and Developers Pvt Ltd., the first JV project of Secura India real estate fund in association with Aghin Traders & Exports (P) Ltd, a group company of Thai Group of companies.
M/s. Thai Group is engaged in various business activities such as Manufacturing of Soaps and Detergents, Mining and pulverizing of limestone, Logistics Management, International Trade and Marketing, and Information Technology.
The first project of the Fund, Eon is a commercial project located near Pottammal Junction on Thondayadu By-pass road, Calicut. It is a six storied commercial building with 13000 sq. ft. Area (excluding basement/ground floor), designed by the reputed Architecture Firm, M/s. Stapati’ Associates, Calicut.
Paramount Tower is a project managed under the project management service of Secura. Its an office space with 30,000 sqr ft, near II gate, Calicut.
